What is M-Team?
This is a Multi-Disciplinary Team where providers that work with older adults meet once per month to have the opportunity to discuss difficult cases confidentially. This not only allows us to better serve our clients holistically but also share resources, increase referrals, and discuss possible gaps in services in the region. Networking is a valuable part of the M-team that provides us with the opportunity to collaborate and learn from each other. All the services that our individual agencies provide complement each other in addressing the needs of older adults which in turn, betters our clients, families, and communities.
The meetings are one hour long per month September through May. We take a break for June, July and August and hold a larger educational event in September.
If you want to expand your colleague connections and have fun while learning and sharing agency updates, educational events, open houses, and other collaborative events, then join us for our next M-Team meeting.
