Aging CT/Summit

Registration is now open for the Aging & Disability network’s annual AgingCT Summit.

The AgingCT Summit promises to inform, educate, and inspire Social Workers, Municipal Agents, Care Managers, Information Specialists, Resident Service Coordinators, Community Health Workers, and other personnel in the field of aging and disability. It provides valuable resources and tools for anyone supporting older adults and persons with disabilities.

This program has been approved for 4.5 CEUs from the Connecticut Chapter of the American College of Health Care Administrators to Connecticut Nursing Home Administrators and the National Association of Social Workers, CT and meets the continuing education criteria for CT Social Work Licensure renewal.

Tickets to the AgingCT Summit are $60, or $25 with student ID.
