Information for Providers

Senior Resources coordinates a number of community networking groups such as the Transportation Coalition for Eastern Connecticut, the Multi-Disciplinary Teams and the Mental Health Action Team.
The groups are open to all providers and offer great opportunities to network with other agencies. Sharing of information is strongly encouraged.

Senior Resources oversees several direct service programs, including Congregate Housing Services Program, Alzheimer’s Respite Care, and National Family Caregivers Support programs. Our Service Contract outlining rates, responsibilities and privacy policies must be in place in order for services to be funded through these programs. Any service provider, agency, or facility may request a contract by contacting Senior Resources.
