Provider Networking (M-Teams)

What is M-Team?

We are a Multi-Disciplinary Team. We are a team of providers that work with older adults and we meet once per month to have the opportunity to discuss difficult cases confidentially. This allows us to better serve our clients holistically, share resources, increase referrals and discuss possible gaps in services in the region. The meetings are one hour long per month October through May. We take a break for June, July and August and hold a larger educational event in September. The meetings broaden our perspective and allow us to resolve client situations beyond our own expertise. The meetings are an excellent way to network with a variety of providers, expand colleague connections and have fun while learning and sharing agency updates, educational events, open houses, collaborative events and other items.

Educational events are offered to M-Team members with topics coming from noted gaps in services or knowledge needs. Trainings offered will be approximately 60 minutes in length.
