Multi-Disciplinary Peer Support Network - 'M-Team'
What is M-Team?
Senior Resources - Agency on Aging sponsors four multi-disciplinary teams (M-Teams) in Eastern Connecticut. Hour long monthly meetings are held from October through May at each host site. A joint meeting is held in September; there are no meetings in June, July and August. These meetings first address any confidential case discussion to resolve situations beyond our own expertise. Secondly, new trends or identified gaps of service are discussed, and the last topic is agency updates capturing community educational events, open houses, collaborative events, and anything noteworthy to share.
Educational trends are offered to M-Team members with topics coming from M-Team meetings. Trainings offered will be approximately 60 minutes in length.
